About Our Business

DYNS Services, Inc. specializes in providing expertise in long term care, project coordination, evaluation and information
technology  services for community based care and housing programs.  DYNS Services, Inc. operations began in November
2003 with its office in Holt, Michigan.  In January 2004 operations were expanded to Bradenton, Florida.  David A. Youngs and
Nathan E. Solomon, co-founders, have over two decades combined experience in human service projects.  Some of our

CMS Real Choice System Change Grant to transition and
divert people from nursing home placement. (2003 - 2005)
 Michigan Home Help Profile Project:  a comparative evaluation
of Medicaid personal care population to nursing home level of
care eligible long-term care recipients.(2005 - 2006)
MI Choice Person Focused Quality Collaboration:
Develop quality management process for the MI Choice home
and community based waiver for elderly and individual's with
disabilities.
 Statewide Homeless Assistance online Data Warehouse
Project (SHADoW):  National HUD demonstration to connect
homeless data to other state datasets. (2006-2008)

Develop a comprehensive, coordinated long term care health
system for the Detroit /Wayne County Area.
 Michigan's Long Term Care Connections:  A unique program
combining Aging and Disability Resource Centers and Single Point
of Entry for people searching for services and supports in long
term care.  State of the art web-based solutions for an integrated
call processing and case management system. LTCCs Information
Homeless Management Information System (HMIS):
Deploy and support information system to support the HMIS by

A demonstration program to create five innovative affordable
assisted living projects for person looking for long term care
